The Effects of Symbols In Tobias Wolffs Say YesThe author of the short trading floor Say Yes, Tobias Wolff, uses a number of symbolsto express his different views on racialism throughout the story. Wolff uses this literarydevice to express a message to his readers. Symbols, something representing somethingelse by association resemblance or convention, are used efficiently in this short story.
